Training Services

Availability:  Training days and time slots are limited and book up quickly. The available slots shown on the site reflect what is currently open (unless stated otherwise). For inquiries or additional questions, please fill out the contact form or email missbodylanguagefit@gmail.com.

Registration: All services offered by Miss Body Language Fitness (including training and classes) can be booked and registered online. You will receive a confirmation email with detailed information, an understanding and consent form, a client information form, and a meal guide. Please note that there are no refunds on training packages or classes once registered. Classes you miss cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for a future class. Please review the understanding and consent form in your confirmation email for all rules, regulations, and guidelines.

 Payment Options: Accepting Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and offer Payment Plans for your convenience.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing: All orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours from the date of purchase. This includes receiving your information and preparing your order for shipment.

Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is included in the price of all merchandise. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. For orders with multiple items, packages may be shipped separately. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may take up to 24 hours to update tracking information.

 

Note: Miss Body Language Fitness does not process or ship orders on U.S. major holidays or weekends.

International Shipping: Miss Body Language Fitness will soon offer international shipping!

Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, no changes, additions, or removals can be made. Orders cannot be canceled once processed (unless it’s a class or training registration and you notify within 24 hours of purchase).

Refunds, Returns/Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders: Miss Body Language Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing or you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact me within 1 business day. Keep all packing materials and I'll evaluate the issue to make it right. 

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Miss Body Language Fitness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you realize you made an error, please contact missbodylanguagefit@gmail.com

immediately—address corrections can only be made before the order is shipped.
