Training Services

Availability: Training days and time slots are limited and book up significantly fast. What is posted on the site, is what is left (unless mentioned or announced otherwise). If you have inquires or extended questions, please fill out the contact form or email me at missbodylanguagefit@gmail.com.

Registration: Any  Service offered by Miss Body Language Fitness (Training & Classes) can be registered and booked online. You will always receive a confirmation email with extended information, understanding and consent form, client information form, meal guide. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TRAINING PACKAGES OR CLASSES YOU REGISTER FOR. Classes you intend to attend but fail to attend can not me made up, nor exchanged for an upcoming class - the schedule must continue. Please see and read understanding and consent form in confirmation email for all rules, regulations, and guidelines.

 Payment Options: Credit/Debit Card,  APPLE PAY, Cash (CashApp: $MissBodyLanguage), PAYPAL Payment Plans Available! Got Insurance? Flex Cards, Wellness Cards, Health Extra Cards Accepted! 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing: All orders are normally processed within 24-72 hours from the date of purchase. Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.

Shipping: FLAT RATE SHIPPING COST IS INCLUDED IN ALL MERCHANDISE PRICING. All orders are normally shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders with multiple items may be shipped in a separate package. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and estimated delivery date. (Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.)

 

Miss Body Language Fitness does not ship on major U.S. holidays or weekends.

International Shipping: Miss Body Language Fitness will offer International Shipping very soon!

Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, there is no adding, removing, or changing any items in the order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled (unless it is a Class or Training Registration and I am notified within 24 hours of purchase). 

Refunds, Returns/Exchanges: DUE TO COVID-19, RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. There is not a refund option. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders: If you happen to experience any issues with receiving your package, Miss Body Language Fitness holds no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and will not ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance if you have not received your package or cannot locate it. Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right (Please keep all packing material and notify me within 1 business day of receiving your package). 

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Miss Body Language Fitness will not be responsible and will not ship out replacement packages or refund these orders. Furthermore, If you realize that you submitted your address incorrectly at the time of order, please email missbodylanguagefit@gmail.com and notify me immediately. Addresses can be corrected only if the order has not been shipped out yet.
